Given that our product is made from natural ingredients with some slight natural variance in composition (different harvests of grass, pumpkins, and flax have some variance based on the growing conditions at the time), it's possible that you would notice some degree of difference between bags.
We have never had a batch of Bernie's Perfect Poop produced that has noteworthy variances in actual efficacy. The product may break up to various degrees due to how it is shipped and stored, but all textures of Bernie's Perfect Poop contain the same ingredients that are effective even if the size of the grass bits vary. We've avoided artificial binding ingredients and we're always working with our production facility to keep things as uniform as possible.
If you receive a bag that is not agreeable to your dog or if you have any other concerns, we'd love to put your mind at ease. Please reach out to help@bernies.com and we will send you a bag to replace the one you are dissatisfied with.
